Stability study and work preparation
We calculate how your design can be built in CLT. This results in the loads used to calculate the foundation.
The foundation for the same CLT building can be lighter than for the same building built traditionally.
Walls are usually 100 mm thick, including load-bearing walls, creating more interior space than in a traditional building.
For building services, slots and holes can be defined on the plans and milled in the factory, making installation faster.
Build!
Once the production plans have been confirmed by all parties, panel production starts at our supplier. Delivery is made directly to site.
At this stage, windows can also be ordered from the plans if desired, as only nanometre deviations are possible.
The assembly of all parts then starts on site.
Further finishing
After all parts are installed, the joints are finished with airtight tape. This
Windows can be installed immediately if desired.
Finishing can be done faster:
- there are no props in the way
- there is no drying time to take into account.

Buitenafwerking gebeurt met dampopen isolatie en daarna eender welke gevel- en dakafwerking.
Binnenafwerking kan in zichtkwaliteit (een meerprijs voor de CLT) maar er kan ook met gyproc afgewerkt worden of een combinatie van beiden. Badkamer en keuken kan afgewerkt worden zoals gewenst (tegels ,steentapijt, ...)
